Founded by Clint Dennis, Roost Build Co. bridges the gap between commercial construction rigor and bespoke residential luxury.
Clint’s foundation began at Brigham Young University; graduating from the Construction Management program before moving to Southern California. There, he honed his operational discipline managing complex commercial projects before transitioning exclusively into high-end residential renovations across some of the most exacting coastal enclaves in the country—including Coronado, La Jolla, Del Mar, and Rancho Santa Fe.
Working closely alongside his wife, Brandalyn—principal designer of Brandalyn Designs—Clint developed an acute eye for architectural cohesion and the delicate handoff between design concept and structural execution.
Now rooted with their family in Alpine, Utah, Clint established Roost Build Co. to deliver an elevated, transparent building experience to Northern Utah County. Bringing California-coast precision, rigorous engineering standards, and unmatched care to the homes where local families plant their roots.
